Some of  the tips to start your own exercise regimen, which will help in fitness recovery are:

1. Take up an exercise you enjoy doing.  Not all exercises have to be done at a gym and there is no exercise which indispensable.  As long as there is some movement of  the body and the exercise is done regularly, you will lose weight

 

2. Keep your exercise targets reasonable. If you do not exercise daily,  start by exercising for a short period . As your endurance increases, gradually increase the duration for which you exercise .

 

3. Be regular with your exercises, ensure that you do not skip the exercises for even a single day. If there is a unavoidable problem, compensate for it the next day. Try to incorporate the exercises in your daily routine.

 

4. Monitor your weight regularly and keep track of  the progress you are making.
